Still Life

Art cannot lie.  Creators only portray art as they see it, as they feel it and as it has come to their belief that it is.  However, not all still life is portrayed in a realistic manner, as we all perceive and create art by using our own innate talents and self expression.

I sometimes work in an impressionistic style, yet sometimes portray a particular subject in an abstract form.   I guess, it could be my flair for the dramatics or how I perceive that the subject is better portrayed in its metaphoric or symbolic form rather than real.
